Mr. Moore is responsible for the Fund’s overall philosophy, development, and execution. His background of 26 years of entrepreneurial finance experience includes 18 years in commercial lending management at some of the country's largest banks, including JP Morgan Chase, Key Bank, and FleetBoston. Mr. Moore is rapidly becoming a nationally recognized expert in the field of Royalty Based Financing.

Mr. Ventre leads the Fund’s financial management and analysis efforts, internal operations management, and participates in portfolio company evaluation, selection, and management assistance.

Advisory Board
Rockwater Capital Management LLC, ("Rockwater Capital"), established an Advisory Board, whose members include two of the foremost authorities on Royalty Based Financing in North America. Advisory Board members contribute their industry expertise, management talent, and contacts in helping the Fund accomplish its objectives. Rockwater Capital views this Advisory Board team as an integral part of the Fund’s overall value proposition.

Burns & Levinson LLP, 125 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts has been retained to server as legal counsel to the Fund and the Fund Manager.

Accountants:
